What does accountability mean?
It is consistently asking each other
on earth the same questions
that God will ask us in heaven,
in order to help each other
truly become
"Faithful Finishers."

Am I accountable?
Am I trustworthy?
Am I honest?
Am I Available...Committed...Christ Focused?

These are the first of several questions that we need to ask ourselves if we are intending to become part of a Women's Accountability Group.  As women, in order to be all of these things, it is absolutely essential that we believe - immediately, firmly, today - that God loves us and delights in us!  That He can use us to the fullest of all possibilities.  Therefore, in every circumstance in our lives, it will eventually prove to be our Father's loving will for us.  We can then emerge from our wilderness leaning on the loving arms of Jesus and He will bring us joy out of the valleys using each of us in accountability through His Word to help and prosper one another.

In other words, accountability is helping a sister-in-Christ to become the woman, wife, mother, friend, employer, or employee that God has designed and called her to be!

Since we have a definition of accountability, then we need to find a friend or group who will ask us these same questions.  Women need to realize that, according to the Holy Scriptures, God has said that "Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor.  For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion.  But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.  Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone?  And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him.  A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart."  Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

We all have areas we are struggling with and need assurance that Christ is with us.  Psalms 101:2 says "I will try to walk a blameless path, but how I need your help especially in my own home, where I long to act as I should."

He heeds your prayers from the heart even into the next generations.  Everything about you is dependant upon His everlasting love, abounding mercy and grace.  So sing praises to the Lord forever and ever for He is your steadfastness and endurance in all circumstances.  Praise the Lord for He is your joy!
